Booth Package to Include:

** Please note these changes in outbound freight procedures for FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipments **

1. Shepard will include three (3) carts for exhibitor packages at the Customer Service Desk. Each cart will be labeled by carrier (UPS, Fed Ex and DHL)

2. Exhibitors will be required to fill out a Bill of Lading and place completed shipping labels from their carrier on each of their packages.

3. Each carrier will be able to pick up all boxes from carts at show close.

Shepard assumes no responsibility for package missing a completed bill of lading, are not labeled, or are not placed on carts at show close.
